We design the product to separate different kinds of evidence. Preparation coverage is not the same thing as answer quality. A self-reported confidence rating is not an employer prediction. A recording file is not proof that a real answer was spoken. That distinction guides how Today, Progress, coaching, and career-momentum features are presented.

If an answer cannot be assessed, Honed should say that instead of turning missing evidence into generic praise or a fallback number.
